Online Scheduling
Online scheduling is a fast, easy and secure way to schedule your next appointment. You can view available appointment times and choose the best one for you. And, you can schedule this appointment from the convenience of your home, 24/7. Simply click on the orange button on the right to get started.
Tips for First-Timers:
- Families are identified in this system by the person who agreed to pay the bill - the "guarantor". The guarantor is usually the name on your South Lake Pediatrics statement. For the system to properly identify you, the information you enter when registering must match what we have on file. If you have questions your first time, call our Patient Account Services Department at 952-401-8282.
- Online Scheduling is available for accounts that are accurately set up on the system and in good payment status.
- It may take a few days for new families to be recognized in the system.
- Patients must be at least 30 days old.
- Please call the clinic to schedule lactation and 2 week appointments.
A Few Basics:
- The first time you schedule an appointment, you will create a login ID and password. You'll also provide an e-mail address where you can securely receive confirmation of your appointment. This is a one-time process. Please keep your login and password in a safe place.
- Once you log in, you select your primary clinic location. Then, you will select your preferred health care provider and the system will present you with the first available appointment. If you prefer, you may choose other health care providers or clinic locations.
- You will get a confirmation number for each appointment you schedule online. This allows you to reschedule or cancel the appointment online as well, up to 24 hours in advance. Please bring your confirmation number to your appointment.
- Appointments are accessible for up to 3 months in advance.

- Forgot your Log In/Password?
If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot log in/password button on the scheduling page and it will email your information to the email address we have on file. If you do not get an email within a few minutes, check your Junk/Spam folder, otherwise you may have a firewall preventing our email from being sent to you.
