Late Policy
Arriving to the clinic prior to your appointment time is important. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us time to complete your registration (check-in) process, have your vitals taken, and bring you to an exam room before your scheduled time with the clinician. Your appointment time is your scheduled time with the clinician. Arriving early will help ensure your clinician has the most amount of time to assess your child. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule if the appointment can no longer be accommodated.
