About Me

Where is your hometown?

Becker, MN

Why did you become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner?

I started my career taking care of adults, before working in a neonatal intensive care unit in Rochester, MN. I truly enjoyed my career with caring for adults, but I fell in love with taking care of infants. Kids of every age are full of imagination, spontaneity, and unique challenges, and I find joy in all the stages.

How would your friends and family describe you?

I like to find the humor in most situations. I am always on the go!

When you are not working, what do you like to do for fun?

Spending time with my daughters, husband, and our two huskies. They all keep me very busy. I think a day not spent outside is a wasted day, so I’m often at a lake, hiking, or exploring a state or national park.
