Why did you become a pediatrician?

I enjoy watching kids grow up, guiding them in making healthful choices, and supporting them as they make those choices at different steps in their childhood and adolescence.

How would your friends and family describe you?

My son describes me as “sparkly, unicorn, sloth-man,” but I think a lot of people feel I am easy-going and have a quiet sense of humor

When you are not working, what do you like to do for fun?

Cook and try new recipes, going for a bike ride, movies, and spend time with my kiddos.
