Where is your hometown?

Edina, MN

Why did you become a pediatrician?

I wanted to be a doctor from a young age. I have always been fascinated with science and how the body works and enjoy working with kids. I love the energy, innocence and resilience of children.

How would your friends and family describe you?

I am a good listener and am always there when someone needs me.

When you are not working, what do you like to do for fun?

I love to be active and to be outside. I like to do triathlons and running races, which has been really a fun activity to do with my kids. I spend a lot of time watching my kids follow their passions in sports, music and theater. I can also get lost in a good book.
